Love this app

After using myfitnesspal for years, I decided to move away from obsessive calorie/macro counting to a more generalized means of looking at my eating habits. This app is for people who have a general idea of what it means to eat healthfully and want to track their food intake in a more normalized fashion. This app has been a game changer for me. I am sent a reminder to eat throughout the day so I dont end up ravenous and make unhealthy decisions. Right before I eat, I upload a picture of my meal/snack, which helps me to visualize my portion size. After the day is over I get a great visual of my food choices and can alter it, accordingly. Also, the app provides you with a motivating lesson or tip everyday, which I happen to love. If youre looking to move away from the unhealthy obsession with numbers, this app is for you!

This is the best food tracking app!! I love that you can see everything you ate throughout the day at one glance. Its so easy to use & keeps you accountable without having to write everything down !

Best app ever

I am so in love with this app! I have been looking for something like this for ever and Im so happy I found it. I have been using it for about a week now and Im really happy with it. The most difficult thing for me has always been to remember to eat regularly, and this app conveniently sends me a reminder when its time to have a healthy meal. The photos keep me mindful of my portions and at the end of the day I love that I can see the pictures of what I ate during the day. My favorite section is the "tips" section because it always has new tips for healthy habits and new inspirational quotes. Please keep it up and keep adding exciting new features and updates!

Great Way To Track Your Diet

Its easy to take a picture and keep track of what you eat. And the ability to set timers for meals and snacks are a great reminder! Its a good app for anyone who likes to keep track of what they eat or someone who is on a strict diet!

This app is great and really easy and simple to use

Dont waste your phone space

I had it maybe an hour, I recorded my breakfast and then I went to record my snack, and when I went back to view it, both pictures were gone, I hit one of the arrows that goes through the days to see if maybe it was on a different day and every time I did, the app wants me to buy 3.99 to have a month of the diary, it was super annoying! This app needs improvements!

Pretty good but needs improvement

I just got this app and I really like it! However, it has been a little glitchy and crashes a few times. I was also disappointed that there is no non-military time setting for us here in the USA. (I.e., "2:30pm" instead of "14:30") This does encourage me to be more mindful of what Im eating without counting calories, which can be stressful for me. Great app overall.

Disappointing, loses pictures

I tried the app for a week and decided to buy it after a week. You can not use the app for free anyway after one week. It kept track of my meals for 3 days, then on the 4, it lost all my pictures. Do not buy it, it is not worth it.

Love how simple it is!

I wish Id found this app a long time ago. I was sick of counting calories and weight watchers points. Now I can eat mindfully and healthy without stressing about numbers. I feel more satisfaction by seeing what I ate rather than just seeing what number of calories I ate. Love it!

Best way to count meals not calories

Easy to Use

Had downloaded this app, but ignored it until I decided to get serious. So the app allows me the user to set the times for my meals and snacks. I love this and then to take pictures of what I eat is a whole lot easier than journaling. Cant wait to see what the 80/20 coach is all about. It has to be a plus to what I already have.

Accountability at its best!

Im such a visual learner, so to be able to review all that Ive eaten in a day in photos means so much more to me than a list. I can easily see where I can improve and its a great reminder when I look back at some of the really good recipes Ive made! Im a big fan!

Dislike the update

I never liked the fact that you could one view a week at a time and only put 2 pictures per square. With the update, you cant see both pictures at the same time. You have to swipe. I miss being able to see everything at once.
